REGISTRATION

 

TEAM REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN! Just register your team using the link below and use the team code to join. Expiring Active Kids vouchers can also be used to sign up.

 

 

SPORTFIX

 

SPORTSFIX REGISTRATION

In order to help streamline registrations and allow all players to use the game information app, we have teamed up with SportFix. We will use SportFix for team draws, results and tables throughout the season.

  • Registration Fee is $100 per player (or 1 x Active Kids Voucher + $50)
  • All teams / players need to be registered through SportFix
  • Players will pay online during the registration process
  • Active Kids vouchers can be processed by players during payment
  • Registrations close MONDAY 9TH OCTOBER

 

TEAM MANAGERS NEED TO:

  • Register your team
  • Obtain the invite code to send to players so they can register themselves.
  • Manage their team, including ensuring all players are registered and showing on the app and ensuring players attend the games.
  • Add additional Team Admins to SportFix to assist in managing the team if required.

 

PLAYERS NEED TO: 

  • Register themselves into a team either from an email that is sent from the system when the team organiser adds them OR By entering the Team Invitation Code the team manager provides
  • Pay their registration online
  • Register into multiple teams from the one application if desired

 

STEP 1 – REGISTER A TEAM:

  • Click on this link: CLICK HERE TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM (REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN)
  • Managers ONLY should select “REGISTER NEW TEAM”
  • Choose the appropriate competition (please go by the age of the oldest player in the team ie. the oldest player is Born 2010 – the team is in the 13’s)
  • Enter your TEAM NAME as well as the managers primary contact details
  • Accept the terms and conditions and your team will now be registered

STEP 2 – MANAGER TO REGISTER THEMSELVES INTO THE TEAM:

  • After registering your team, managers will continue until they see the option to “REGISTER MYSELF AS A TEAM MEMBER”
  • Please follow the prompts and enter the required information. Payment will be requested. Please use your preferred method
  • Once you are registered in the team, the team becomes active and you are able to invite other team members to also register with your unique Team Invitation Code.

 

STEP 3 – TO REGISTER OTHER PLAYERS INTO YOUR TEAM:

  • Use the ‘TEAM INVITATION’ option. This will automatically email a link to the players to sign up
  • Alternatively you can send out the TEAM INVITATION CODE and ask players to use the following link: TEAM CODE INVITATION LINK HERE

 

OBTAINING TEAM CODE:

For the team manager of the teams that have already registered, you can obtain the Team Code by Logging into your SportFix account

  • Go to My Teams (from the Profile Icon in top right)
  • Locate the team you wish to manage
  • Click on View Team
  • Click on Team Member Registrations in the Competition window towards bottom of screen
  • The screen that appears shows you the code to send to players
  • It also shows who has been invited and who has registered.

 

MANAGER’S GUIDE TO SPORTSFIX

  •  Admin Login to your SportFix Account – this was created when you registered your team.
  • Go to ‘My Teams’
  • Select the relevant team ‘View Team’
  • Here you see who has registered in Team Members on the top right, you can invite another admin to the portal. To invite players to register, select ‘View Details’ in botom/middle right.
  • Select ‘View Details’
  • Here you can:
    • a. invite team members via email with +Invite New Team Member
    • b. copy the team invitation code and players visit Join Team Page to register themselves (good option for group chat – post the code and link).

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION

 

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION – ALREADY Have a Team

    • If you are already part of a team or have been asked to join a team, your Manager will either send you an email with a link OR provide you with a team code, CLICK HERE and enter the code to begin registration.

 

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION – DON’T Have A Team
